Ordering & Payment
FAQs: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Yes. Tools Point operates entirely on a Cash on Delivery model across Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no online payment required.
How do I place an order? Browse our store, add your desired product to the cart, and complete checkout with your name, phone number, and delivery address. Our team will then contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? Yes. If you're a contractor, dealer, or buying in bulk for a project, contact us directly on WhatsApp to discuss special pricing.

How long does delivery take?

Do you deliver all over Pakistan? Yes, we deliver to most cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking number directly via WhatsApp or SMS.
What if I'm not available at the time of delivery? Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails due to unavailability, our team will reach out to arrange redelivery.
Product & Warranty
Are your products genuine? Yes. We only sell tools we personally trust, backed by years of hands-on experience in tool repair and servicing.
Do your tools come with a warranty? Warranty coverage, where applicable, follows the manufacturer's terms. Message us before ordering if you'd like warranty details for a specific product.
Can I inspect the product before paying? With Cash on Delivery, payment is made once your order arrives — but "open and inspect before paying" at the doorstep isn't possible. We recommend reviewing product details and images carefully before ordering, or messaging us with any questions beforehand.
Exchange & Returns
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video. We'll review the issue and arrange an exchange.
Can I return a product if I change my mind? We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We do offer a 3-day exchange policy for genuine issues — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I request an exchange? Simply message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and the reason for the exchange.
