Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, with all original accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds. All exchange requests must be submitted within the 3-day window. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. These include:
- Items that have been used, installed, or assembled
- Items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery
- Consumable accessories such as drill bits, blades, grinding discs, or sanding pads (once opened)
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or special discount offers
- Exchange requests submitted after the 3-day window

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right product is to contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Exchange will only be issued for the same product or a product of equal value. No cash adjustments or upgrades will be provided.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
All sales at Tools Point are final. We do not issue refunds — partial or full — under any circumstances, including :
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Product not meeting personal expectations (where specifications were accurately listed)
- Delayed delivery
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
