We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings and display configuration.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your personal expectations or be identical to how they are depicted online.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available for sale to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Tools Point reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Your order will be confirmed by our team via phone call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Your order is not accepted until Tools Point confirms acceptance and dispatches the item. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellation requests after dispatch may not be accommodated.

In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you through the contact information provided at the time of placing the order.

Your purchases are subject to exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the Tools Point website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and confirmed.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping or handling charges. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

We may offer, from time to time, promotions that may affect pricing and that are governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Terms:

Tools Point operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • You confirm that you will have the full payment amount available in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Payment must be made in full to the delivery courier upon receipt of the order.
  • Refusal to pay upon delivery or repeated order rejection may result in your account being restricted from placing future orders.
  • Tools Point does not collect or process any payment through the website. All payments are collected physically at the point of delivery.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver across Pakistan through our partnered courier services. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or any other events outside our control.

Once we hand over your order to our courier partner, the risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. In case of any delivery issue, please contact us immediately so we can assist in following up with the courier.

Delivery is available to most cities and towns across Pakistan. Remote areas may have extended delivery timelines or may require alternative arrangements, which our team will communicate to you at the time of order confirmation.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product content, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Tools Point, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected under Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Tools Point's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tools Point. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of Tools Point. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Tools Point.
