Order Processing & Confirmation
All orders placed on Tools Point are subject to confirmation before dispatch.
- Once you place your order, our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details, delivery address, and availability.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable. If we are unable to confirm your order after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Shipping Coverage
Tools Point delivers across Pakistan, including major cities and most towns and districts.
Major Cities Covered (including but not limited to):
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, Rahim Yar Khan, and more.
For remote, rural, or far-flung areas, delivery may require additional time or may not be available in certain cases. Our team will inform you at the time of order confirmation if your area has any limitations.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight/size of the order.
- Applicable shipping charges will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
- For certain products or promotional periods, free shipping may be offered — this will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.
Payment on Delivery (COD)
Tools Point operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means:
- You do not pay anything online or at checkout.
- Payment is made in full, in cash directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
- Please have the exact or approximate amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will share your tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the respective courier's website or app.
If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of order confirmation, please contact us directly.
Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to any of the following reasons, the order will be returned to us:
- Customer unavailable at the delivery address
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Phone number unreachable for delivery confirmation
- Customer refused to accept the order
Please note:
- Customers who refuse delivery without a valid reason or who provide incorrect contact information may be restricted from placing future orders.
- Re-delivery may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional shipping charges.
- Tools Point is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Items Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives visibly damaged from the outside, please:
- Do not accept the package from the courier if the damage is severe
- Take photos or a video immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Note: Damage claims reported after 24 hours of delivery cannot be entertained.
Important Notes
- Tools Point is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched.
- For bulk or business orders, please contact us directly to discuss custom shipping arrangements.
- During high-demand periods (sale events, Eid, or holidays), delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
